Evac Lightweight Compression Dry Bag

Perfect dry compression storage for everything from bikepacking to sea kayaking and beyond. Made from a bluesign-approved recycled 70D nylon waterproof main body fabric and a 70D eVac® waterproof but air-permeable base that allows you to push air out while still keeping your contents dry inside. This means there's no need for purge valve, making the Evac Compression Dry Bags light and simple. Four compression straps make it easy to evenly compress soft items, while the hypalon non-wicking roll-top closure also keeps the water out. DWR finishes on both fabrics are C0 non-PFC. Technical Features

• Non-PFAS: Sea to Summit sleeping bag fabrics and insulation are made without PFAS compounds. The non-PFAS DWR finish on the shell helps prevent the insulation from becoming damp if the bag comes into contact with moisture, such as tent wall condensation.Ultra-Dry Down is a non-PFAS hydrophobic treatment that absorbs less moisture and dries more quickly. It does not affect the 'breathability' or the lifespan of the down and lasts through at least 20 washings. The down used in our sleeping bags is responsibly sourced.Sea to Summit Dry Bags, Stuff Sacks and Compression Bags use a non-PFAS Durable Water Repellent finish to help shed water. Big River bags use a non-PFAS PU coating.
• eVac Fabric: Evac fabric is an air-permeable, waterproof laminate used in Sea to Summit Evac Dry Storage products: Evac Compression Dry Bags UL, Evac Compression Dry Bags LW and Evac Dry Bags LW. This laminate utilizes a 70 Denier nylon face fabric with a non-PFAS DWR finish. 
  Evac Compression Dry Bags HD. This laminate utilizes a 500 Denier Cordura nylon face fabric with a non-PFAS DWR finish.
  In both cases, the laminate allows air to be pushed out of the dry bag/compression dry bag but prevents water from entering. This means you can compress the air out of a dry bag without needing a purge valve. (A purge valve adds weight and complexity, and may fail or accidently be left in the 'open' position). 
• 70D Waterproof Fabric - Strong & Lightweight: Strong and lightweight, RCS Recycled, bluesign approved 70 Denier Nylon fabric. The outer face uses a non-PFC DWR to help to shed water. The inner PU coating is waterproof (rated to 10,000mm hydrostatic head) and is colored bright white to make it easy to find your gear inside these bags. These dry bags are flexible enough to fit into awkward spaces and rugged enough for paddling and bikpacking.
